Update build docs for ALSA on amd64
The guides for building the j2se workspace need to be updated to include instructions for installing the ALSA libs and headers on linux-amd64 machines.

|
The fix is merely a copy/paste from the corresponding linux-i586 section in the SCSL and internal build instructions. The minimum required ALSA version is 0.9.8 (0.9.1 does not compile on linux-amd64).
