Start javaws application manager from Solaris by typing ./javaws
From "File" menu select "Preferences"
Click "Root Certificates" tab
On the right frame, It shows "Import" and "Export" buttons. But if you resize the frame, you will also see "Details" button.
This happens also in l10n version.

Note: the version I am using is 1.4.2-internal (build internal-jmelvin_01_oct_2002_10_02), but this is also reproducible in earlier versions.
