Description
|
On Windows-95 Windows, there are two ways to make
the system menu appear: Alt-space and Alt, space.
(Alt-space means hold down Alt and type space.
Alt, space means type and release Alt, then hit
the space bar.)
Alt, space works fine, but Alt-space doesn't work.

Alt-spacebar for the Windows l&f should bring up the menu in
the corner, but it doesn't.

Evaluation

This was still reproducible in merlin, on NT 4.0.

According to 4634874, this is also reproducible on CDE. According to
xxxxx@xxxxx , this is going to be an accessibility issue, and needs
to be addressed.
